We, the undersigned Zeinab Mola'i Rad (daughter of Ali, National ID No. [redacted]) and Meysam Pirfalak (son of Kazem, National ID No. [redacted]), being of sound mind and body, with complete knowledge of the killing of our son Kian Pirfalak on [redacted], declare that we directly witnessed the killing of our son and the injury of Meysam Pirfalak. We also declare that we filed a complaint with Branch Three of the Criminal Court One of Khuzestan Province regarding the shooting of our private vehicle by law enforcement officials. The case number is 140137920003568302. Following the issuance of an order to remove deficiencies, the case was returned to Branch Two of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Izeh for review. Furthermore, we have had and currently have no legal complaints against Mr. Abbas Kurkuri (also known as Mojahed), Bahman Bahmani, or the other detainees from Izeh.
