From the report's introduction:
The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 49/24. In the report, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Javaid Rehman, provides an overview of the most pressing human rights concerns, including arbitrary deprivation of life in the country. This is followed by recommendations to the Government and the international community. The report contains information collected primarily up to 30 June 2022.
