Fax, mail, or e-mail us official documents (warrants, court documents and communications, indictments, certificates, etc.), photos, testimonies, wills, or any other relevant information on the victims you know. When completing the electronic form, give us detailed information in each section and tell us how you know about the details you are providing. Please remember to add the name of the person as well as the date and place of his or her execution on the back of each photograph and document that you send to us by mail.
